Emeritus Investee - San Diego Coastkeeper

Originally known as San Diego Baykeeper, this organization directs their efforts to preserve and clean San Diego’s waterways. Our support enabled them to evolve into San Diego Coastkeepers, expanding the waterways and adjacent coastlines they are trying to protect. Their targets are to engage more San Diegans in clean water efforts, remove more trash, and monitor and reduce more sources of pollution. Specific SDSVP assistance is in the areas of: strategic planning, board recruitment and training, development of membership program and marketing materials to support launch of San Diego Coastkeeper.
